Poxeidon accepts returns/exchanges made within 15 days from the date you receive your order. Any requests to return/exchange clothing outside of this timeframe will be dealt with at our discretion.
Refunds are issued for full-priced merchandise returned in original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus the shipping fee. Returns with makeup stains will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that do not meet the above requirements.
Due to the intimate nature of our products and our strict health policies, we do not accept returns for underwear, swimwear and bodysuits. These are classified as intimate apparel and legally we are unable to accept refund or exchanges on these items unless the item is faulty. This is also to ensure that all customers can confidently enjoy brand new products.
Refunds are not offered for a change of heart. Please note that we only offer size or color exchanges. If the desired size or color is not in stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a store credit. For alternative items, a new order must be placed.Poxeidon Gift Cards are eternal and not eligible for a refund. Should an item be out of stock, a refund shall be issued.
Should your item arrive damaged or become damaged after your first wear due to a manufacturing issue, contact our support team immediately with a description and photos of the goods. You are covered under our warranty, and we shall replace these goods at our cost. However, If the goods are washed in a way that contradicts the care label and becomes damaged your warranty will be void, and you will not be-able to make a claim.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return merchandise, even for exchanges. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. Poxeidon is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.
Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
